About the role
As a full-time Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule. We offer varying shifts between Monday - Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, operating between 7 am - 6 pm.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless communication between our customers and technicians
- Prioritize urgent issues and fill the schedule board efficiently
- Provide updates, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-up calls
- Use excellent phone skills and ability to upsell maintenance plans and promotions
Requirements
- Experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proficiency with phone and email communication
- Drive to succeed and ability to take initiative with customers
- The ability to upsell products and services is a plus!
Qualifications
Competitive pay ranging from $17 to $22 per hour plus commission, with the potential to earn up to $60,000 a year. Great benefits include:
