Plant Millwright

Seeking dependable individuals for Millwright Rigger / Laborer positions. Experience is preferred, but not required. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments to support the movement of heavy equipment and machinery.

Job Duties

• Work in both inside and outside environments to provide support in moving heavy equipment and machinery.
• Assist with the setup, rigging, and relocation of industrial equipment.
• Operate fork trucks, scissor lifts, and man lifts.
• Perform tasks in varied weather conditions and job‑site environments.
• Work comfortably at elevated heights and in confined spaces.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lb without assistance, frequently during the work shift.
• Ability to work in tight places, climb ladders, scaffolding, and operate in a variety of outdoor conditions.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and other job‑related equipment (preferred, but not required).
• Must be available for out‑of‑town travel to job sites as needed.

Schedule

Working schedules may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
