About the Role

An entry-level construction position focused on the assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components in grain handling and distribution facilities.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Salem, OH, with overtime and out-of-town work required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components
• Perform welding tasks as required on job sites
• Work safely at heights up to 120–125 feet
• Travel to job sites within the region and beyond as project schedules require
• Apply acute problem-solving skills in the field to resolve installation challenges
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites
• Collaborate with project team members to meet construction timelines
