Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day execution of end-to-end planning processes for assigned materials in conjunction with an aligned strategy.
  • Manage incoming raw material stock levels in conjunction with the demand plan to support the Research and Development Center (RDC) manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure adequate inventory is available to maintain production uptime while optimizing inventory levels.

  • Install and qualify new process equipment.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues on the production line, including tool-down issues, yield, and quality issues.
  • Identify actions to prevent repeat issues.
  • Implement system improvements to achieve throughput, yield, and product performance goals.

Clerk- CMMS and Spare Parts I

Responsibilities

  • Follow and retrieve urgent spare parts from CMMS and warehousing systems.
  • Ensure work order data is inputted in CMMS on a shiftly basis.
  • Deliver data needed to drive shift KPIs for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor shift KPIs for technical group leads.
  • Maintain PM records and other pertinent data for future improvements.

  • Utilize data sources to identify and implement improvements to manufacturing operations impacting factory performance metrics and employee health, satisfaction, and retention.
