• Serve as the primary point of contact for associates across company operational jurisdictions for day-to-day mobility and immigration support.
• Handle employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Technician- Maintenance II

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Technician- Automation I

USA, Trinity, AL

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations.
• Assist with equipment implementation/startup.
• Perform PLC/HMI programming.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing process control systems.

Schedule

• AM shift: 6:00 AM – 6:10 PM.
• PM shift: 6:00 PM – 6:10 AM.
• Rotating 36/48-hour work week schedule, including working every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Engineer- Manufacturing I

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify new process equipment.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues on the production line, including tool-down issues, yield, and quality issues.
• Identify actions to prevent repeat issues.
• Implement system improvements to achieve throughput, yield, and product performance goals.

Clerk- CMMS and Spare Parts I

Responsibilities

• Follow and retrieve urgent spare parts from CMMS and warehousing systems.
• Ensure work order data is inputted in CMMS on a shiftly basis.
• Deliver data needed to drive shift KPIs for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor shift KPIs for technical group leads.
• Maintain PM records and other pertinent data for future improvements.
• Monitor return to stock, internal and external OSP process, including inputting information and working with shipping.
• Maintain line-side spares cabinets and pull data to ensure groups are following the system.
• Help maintain maintenance areas (shop, SIHI, valve rebuild, and spare parts staging areas).
• Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.

Supervisor- Recycling and Wastewater

• Carry out responsibilities across the HR generalist spectrum, including recruiting, employee relations, transaction preparation & processing, process and procedure development, benefits, training & communication.
• Oversee and direct the work of reporting HR staff and encourage their development.
