Technician- Maintenance Electrical/Controls I (C Crew/AM Shift)

Location: Perrysburg, OH

Responsibilities

• Implements, tests, and maintains all manufacturing equipment controls.
• Performs, as directed, all necessary maintenance of equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots day-to-day manufacturing issues.
• Identifies and/or implements system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.

Coordinator- Equipment I

Location: Trinity, AL

Responsibilities

• Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots day-to-day manufacturing issues.
• Identifies and/or implements system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.

Engineer- Quality I (1st Shift)

Location: Gaffney, SC

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration, execution, and continual improvement of First Solar’s ISO 9001–certified Quality Management System (QMS) with specific ownership of the Calibration and Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) process.
• Develops, implements, and maintains calibration and IQA-related procedures, work instructions, and processes in support of the QMS.
• Leads and maintains site-wide Calibration Management System to ensure all inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IMTE) are calibrated, controlled, and compliant.
• Supports internal, external (ISO), customer, and third-party audits related to calibration, measurement systems, and quality compliance.
• Supports and maintains Incoming Quality Assurance activities, including inspection planning, supplier material verification, and nonconformance handling.
• Maintains calibration records, documentation, and data integrity in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.

Technician- Automation I (A Crew/AM Shift)

Location: Gaffney, SC

Responsibilities

• Supports manufacturing operations.
• Assists with equipment implementation/startup.
• Performs PLC/HMI programming.
• Troubleshoots and optimizes manufacturing processes control systems.

Schedule

This is an entry-level Automation Technician controls position with a rotating 36/48 hour work week schedule, including working every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• AM shift: 6:00 AM – 6:10 PM
• PM shift: 6:00 PM – 6:10 AM
