What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, VFDs, motors, relays, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Install, modify, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain utilities, boilers, compressors, pumps, conveyors, wastewater systems, and facility equipment.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sanitation to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and help implement permanent corrective actions.
- Mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to a collaborative maintenance team.
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced industrial maintenance technicians with a strong mechanical or electrical background.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and take pride in quality workmanship.
- Experience with many of the following: Industrial maintenance, Automation systems, PLC troubleshooting, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Industrial electrical systems, Motors and motor controls, Mechanical maintenance, Pneumatic systems, Hydraulic systems, Pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission, Welding and fabrication, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Root cause troubleshooting, CMMS software, Food manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work safely around industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures typical of a food manufacturing environment.

Salary: $42.00 per hour
