Product Manager– Digital Transformation II
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 6+ years of experience in IoT (Internet of Things) and AI technologies, specifically within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and a proven track record of leveraging AI technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics to drive operational efficiency and innovation. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of IoT-enabled AI products that optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs.
Payroll Analyst II
Performs Payroll processing and analysis and review of payroll data. Serves as specialist on new tax/payroll requirements and works with ADP to ensure that needs are properly addressed. Administers payroll for expatriates and short/long term project assignees.
Technician- Maintenance Electrical/Controls I
Implements, tests, and maintains all manufacturing equipment controls. Performs as directed, all necessary maintenance of equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Assists in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals.
Technician- Manufacturing Engineer I
Aid in the installation and qualification of systems, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify, and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield, and product performance goals.
Developer I- MES
Design, Develop, Test and Implement Manufacturing Software System. Works with the MES architect to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with the MES hardware and software systems to support enterprise design goals. Provides support for First Solar’s Manufacturing Systems, R&D, and Quality systems and data architectures.
Software Engineering Lead- Operations MES
Evaluates, designs, and implements projects for controlling and interfacing with the manufacturing processes. This includes designing and developing related data visualization and user input systems, database structures, procedures, and reports. Works with the MES architects and controls engineers to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with the MES hardware and software systems to support enterprise design goals. Provides execution system technical knowledge and resources to the MES development team. Provides the final level of support for First Solar’s manufacturing execution systems, data architectures, and data collection. This MES operations lead is responsible for ensuring timely response to manufacturing MES Software Issues as well as identifying and implanting proactive measures to minimize downtime. Directs MES Ops Developer Team in providing support and solutions for existing equipment on the production floor for strategic partners of the MES group. Drives and manages capacity expansion projects in existing or new plants.
Engineer- Operations I
Cook up, schedule, and prioritize solar module manufacturing operations for Semiconductor or Module manufacturing areas. Utilize a broad spectrum of data sources to identify and implement improvements to manufacturing operations resulting in positive impact to factory performance metrics and employee health, satisfaction and retention.
Administrator- Network I
Entry level Network administration.
Engineer- Quality I
Support the administration, execution, and continual improvement of First Solar’s ISO 9001–certified Quality Management System (QMS) with specific ownership of the Calibration and Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) process. Develop, implement, and maintain calibration and IQA – related procedures, work instructions, and processes in support of the QMS. Lead and maintain site-wide Calibration Management System to ensure all inspection, measuring, and test equipment (IMTE) are calibrated, controlled, and compliant. Support internal, external (ISO), customer, and third-party audits related to calibration, measurement systems, and quality compliance. Support and maintain Incoming Quality Assurance activities, including inspection planning, supplier material verification, and nonconformance handling. Maintain calibration records, documentation, and data integrity in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
