About the role

The Campus Life Ministry Site Director is responsible for leading and developing a team that engages young people in healthy relationships and creative programs. They are expected to embody YFC's Cultural Attributes and promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and maintain volunteer ministry leader team

  • Create a strong connection between local churches and the ministry site

  • Provide training materials and ministry site standards for ministry leaders

  • Develop healthy 3 Story teams for each ministry site

  • Establish necessary support and guidelines to ensure healthy and growing ministry at all sites

  • Be an advocate in the community for young people

  • Report progress and ministry updates to YFC

  • Manage, facilitate, and serve in the Relational Ministry Actions (RMAs)

  • Direct the 3 Story Team at their site in accomplishing the standards outlined in the RMAs

  • Establish and develop programming materials

  • Train and evaluate ministry site leaders in the implementation of curriculum materials

  • Nuture support via personal network

  • Communicate with donors - thank you notes, monthly newsletters, etc.

  • Participate in chapter-wide fundraising events

  • Prepare ministry and financial reports (weekly ministry reports, etc.)

  • Prepare for meetings, events, clubs, etc.

  • Participate in the annual Employee Performance Evaluation

  • Regular supervisory connection and other personal/professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree

  • Three years of relational ministry experience

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week.
