CAMPUS LIFE SITE DIRECTOR
Position Summary
The Campus Life Site Director will develop relational outreach and programming in an effort to reach youth within Harlem High School and Middle School. Working under the supervision of the Campus Life Ministry Director, the Campus Life Site Director will coordinate Campus Life ministry and operations and be a well-rounded advocate for the organization.
Essential Job Functions And Duties

Lead and develop Campus Life ministry and operations in the Harlem High School District.

Oversee ministry programming within the Campus Life Center.

Lead weekly Campus Life middle school and high school club featuring creative programming, healthy relationships with adult mentors, Bible-centered messages, and life skills training.

Maintain regular presence at the Campus Life Center for Campus Life Lounge and Club activities.

Pursue and develop Ambassadors who advocate, serve, and give to Campus Life ministry.

Develop and implement an Ambassadors fundraising plan that includes faithful activities in an attempt to expand YFC’s team of consistent donors and volunteers.

Pursue authentic Christ-sharing relationships with youth through active ministry presence in the High School and Middle School through RMA activities (i.e. contacting, building times, and appointments).

Create ministry goals, including ACSRs, volunteers, and funding, to be assessed with supervisor and Executive Director at the time of performance reviews.

Serve local Harlem schools by building relationships with the staff members.

Assist in the launch of new Campus Life sites as appropriate.

Actively participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the mission of YFC.

Assist other staff members when necessary in the development and implementation of ministry and personal spiritual growth.
Spiritual Responsibilities

Seek God’s guidance and wisdom, through prayer and meditation, for the organization as a whole as well as for specific ministry initiatives.

Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion and worship as a regular aspect of your role within YFC.

Teach and preach from the Holy Bible at YFC staff meetings, conferences, camps and events.
Fundraising Responsibilities

All YFC regular full-time employees will be given the opportunity to be involved in the Stewardship functions of YFC/USA. These opportunities could include fundraising events, YFC donor contacts, and other opportunities as provided.
