Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits

Role Overview

Physician (MD/DO) contractors conduct in-home health evaluations to assess patients' overall health, identify care barriers, and provide personalized health insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-home visits focusing on medication review, medical history, and physical evaluation.
• Pre-populate patient-specific forms for assessments without prescribing medication or altering treatments.
• Identify potential health barriers and facilitate referrals or care plan adjustments.
• Manage scheduled visits independently, offering flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications & Skills

• State medical license required.
• Willingness to enroll in Medicaid (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients in their homes.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

• Earn up to $3,000-$5,000 weekly, with a base rate of $100 per assessment and potential increases up to 135% with market multiplier.
