Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits
About the Role
We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. This role focuses on building trusted patient relationships and improving health outcomes, offering a meaningful way to impact patient care. It is ideal for resident physicians or seasoned clinicians seeking flexible income options.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home visits focused on assessing overall health.
- Identify care barriers and review medication and medical history.
- Perform physical evaluations.
- Visits are pre-scheduled; providers do not prescribe medication or order tests.
Pay
Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 weekly, with an average of 6–9 assessments daily at $100 per visit. Additional pay is available through a pay-per-test model, and rates can increase up to 135% with Market Multiplier.
Schedule
Shifts available any day of the week, with no nights or weekends required. Flexibility to choose short-term or long-term engagements. Airfare, hotel, and rental car support may be provided based on eligibility.
Requirements
- State medical license required.
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll is preferred.
- Malpractice insurance coverage provided.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
Additional Details
This is an independent contractor (1099) role, with opportunities for paid collaborative roles in certain states. Availability incentives are offered based on weekly schedule.
