Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits

About the role

Physician (MD/DO) contractor conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers.
• Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment.
• Complete pre-populated, patient-specific assessment forms.
• Schedule and manage visits independently, ensuring comprehensive assessments.

Requirements

• State medical license required; willingness to enroll in Medicaid preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with a preference for availability across weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients one-on-one.
• Independent contractor status (1099), with malpractice coverage provided.
