Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits

About the Role

We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-home visits to assess overall health, identify barriers to care, and review medication and medical history.
• Providing physical evaluations without prescribing medication or altering treatments.
• Completing patient-specific forms for each assessment.

Qualifications and Skills

• State medical license required.
• Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and compassion for patient care.

Pay

Earn up to $3,000-$5,000 weekly, with a base rate of $100 per assessment. Potential to increase pay up to 135% with Market Multiplier. Additional pay for diagnostic and preventive tests.
