Physician (MD/DO) - In-home Visits

Role: Physician (MD/DO) contractors conducting in-home health evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Responsibilities: Perform in-home visits assessing overall health, identifying care barriers, reviewing medication and medical history, and conducting physical evaluations. Provide pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medications or altering treatments. Engage with patients to enhance their understanding of health and facilitate referrals or support. Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $3,000-$5,000 weekly, with potential to increase per-visit rates. Additional pay for diagnostic and preventive tests. Compensation includes malpractice coverage, availability incentives, and travel expenses (airfare, hotel, rental car) based on eligibility. Flexible schedule, with shifts available any day, no nights or weekends required. Paid collaborative roles and short- or long-term opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: State medical license required; Medicaid enrollment or willingness preferred. Independent contractor (1099 status), with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, clinical competence, and flexibility essential.
