Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

About the Role

We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments, including medication and medical history reviews, and physical evaluations.
• Identify potential barriers to care and provide personalized health insights.
• Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medication or altering treatment plans.
• Build trusted, one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes.
• Participate in scheduled visits across various days, with flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• State medical license required; Medicaid enrollment or willingness preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform in-home assessments.
• Independent contractor (1099) status with a flexible schedule.
• Malpractice coverage provided.

Pay

• Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 weekly, with an average of 6–9 assessments daily.
• Potential to increase per-visit pay with Market Multiplier and additional diagnostic tests.
• Travel expenses covered based on eligibility.
• Availability incentives and paid collaboration roles in certain states.

• No night or weekend shifts required.
