Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Role: Physician (MD/DO) contractors conducting in-home health evaluations for health plan members. Responsibilities Perform in-home visits assessing overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers.Review medication and medical history, conduct physical evaluations without prescribing or ordering tests.Complete patient-specific forms; facilitate referrals and provide health insights.Engage with members in a flexible schedule, primarily during weekdays, with potential for short or long-term assignments. Qualifications & Skills State medical license required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll preferred.Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse populations. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $3,000-$5,000 weekly, with base pay and potential for higher rates.Additional pay for diagnostic and preventive tests.Per-visit assessments, malpractice coverage, and availability incentives.Support for travel expenses and flexible contractor status (1099).
