Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide safe, effective evaluation, treatment, and education tailored to patient needs and goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team treating diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics, utilizing advanced equipment in outpatient and acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy plans
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members
• Promote teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Ability to travel to multiple care points

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Excellent team-building and time management abilities

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, crawling, and reaching
• Manual dexterity and standing for extended periods
• Occasional strenuous activities
