Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

About the Role

Responsible for delivering safe and effective Physical Therapy services by conducting evaluations, treatments, and patient education tailored to individual needs and goals. Maintains professional communication with patients, families, and team members to promote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, and women's health.
• Utilize advanced equipment and evidence-based practices within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate care and document clinical content clearly and professionally.
• Travel to multiple care settings as needed.

Requirements

• Unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to develop cooperative relationships and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Includes lifting (up to 60 lbs), crawling, climbing stairs, reaching, grasping, and manual dexterity, with activities spread throughout the workday.
