Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

About the Role

Provides safe and effective Physical Therapy services through evaluation, treatment, and patient education. Ensures clear communication with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork and meet functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy for diverse conditions including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance issues.
• Maintain professional documentation and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Ability to travel across care points.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Effective business writing.

• Excellent time management.

Physical Demands

Includes lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, manual dexterity, and mobility tasks required to perform therapy duties effectively, with varying frequency levels.
