Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

About the Role

This position involves providing safe and effective Physical Therapy services through evaluation, treatment, and patient education to meet individual goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy for diverse patient needs including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and balance rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Hold an unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Able to travel between care sites.

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong business writing and effective verbal and written communication.
• Team collaboration and excellent time management.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, reaching, manual dexterity, and mobility tasks necessary for therapy activities.
