About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides hands-on, evidence-based outpatient care for diverse conditions including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, gait, balance, and sports-related diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatments
• Accurately document care in Raintree EMR
• Manage approximately 50 patient visits weekly with AI-supported tools
• Foster a culture of clinical learning and peer support
• Provide quality patient care and maintain caseloads
• Contribute to a positive clinical environment

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active or eligible state license

Skills

• Clinical expertise in various therapy areas (orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, gait, balance, sports-related)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Interpersonal skills and documentation proficiency
