Your Role
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life
- Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
- Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes
- Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
