Your Role

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes
• Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification, where applicable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
