Licensed Physical Therapists for flexible home health and facility-based roles in the Denver Metro Area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Complete clinical documentation
Patients may present with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, spinal cord injury, brain injury, long-term care, or geriatric needs.
Requirements
- Colorado Physical Therapy license
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
