About the role
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide patient care in home health and facility settings within the Denver Metro Area.
Responsibilities
- Performing patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans
- Monitoring progress and adjusting care accordingly
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and treatment goals
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and completing clinical documentation

Requirements
- Colorado licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Ability to work independently in diverse settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills
