About the role
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) for diverse home health and facility-based roles in the Denver Metro Area.
Responsibilities
- Performing patient evaluations and assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and treatment goals
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Completing clinical documentation
Patient Populations
- Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Post-surgical recovery and spinal cord injury support
- Geriatric and long-term care residents
Qualifications and Skills
- Colorado licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
