About the role

Licensed Physical Therapists for flexible home health and facility-based roles in the Denver Metro Area. Opportunities in diverse settings such as rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care with flexible scheduling options including PRN, part-time, and full-time roles.

Work with a variety of patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, spinal cord injury, brain injury, geriatric, and long-term care residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Complete clinical documentation

Requirements

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
