Seeking a Physical Therapist for Early Intervention services in the Greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to children aged birth to three.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and updates to the IFSP.
• Participating in family and caregiver education to support child development.
• Documenting progress and communicating effectively with families and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license eligibility.
• Degree in Physical Therapy and early intervention credentials.
