Responsibilities

• Provide and direct physical therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
• Perform evaluations and assessments and make updates to the IFSP
• Establish treatment schedule and deliver services as mandated in the IFSP
• Participate in family and caregiver education

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
• Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
• Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect
• Proven track record with high volume workloads

Pay

USD $55.00 - USD $59.00 /Hr.
