About the role
The position involves providing Physical Therapy services to pediatric clients in various settings, including home and center-based Early Intervention programs. Key responsibilities include performing evaluations, assessments, and tracking child progress, delivering therapy as specified in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's developmental goals. Additional duties encompass completing documentation and progress notes, and assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
- Must possess a qualified degree in Physical Therapy.
- State Department of Health (DOH) approval is required.
