Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention

About the role

Join our team as an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, providing essential services to children aged birth to three in natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations and assessments
• Developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Participating in family and caregiver education
• Providing and directing physical therapy services to children
• Performing evaluations and updating IFSPs
• Establishing treatment schedules and delivering mandated services

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license and eligibility
• Qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
• Effective communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills
• Mature judgment
• Treat clients with dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads

Pay

Compensation ranges from USD $55.00 to USD $59.00 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
