Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention

About the role

Provide vital early intervention physical therapy services to children aged birth to three in natural environments within the Greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and assessments, updating the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) accordingly
• Establish and deliver personalized treatment plans as mandated in the IFSP
• Provide direct physical therapy services and complete related documentation
• Participate in family and caregiver education to support the child's development

Requirements

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license eligibility
• Degree in Physical Therapy with early intervention credentials
• Effective communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and handle a high-volume workload
• Demonstrates dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect for clients

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from USD $55.00 to USD $59.00 per hour.
