Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention

About the role

Provide pediatric Physical Therapy services within the Early Intervention program in various settings, including homes and centers. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, assessing progress, delivering therapy as outlined in the IFSP, and collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support each child's goals. The role also involves completing documentation and progress notes, and assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises.

Requirements

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license and eligibility in the practice state(s).
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• DOH approval required.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay between USD $70.00 and USD $90.00.
