Responsibilities
- Assess & Plan: Partner with physicians and patients to create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Implement targeted therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications.
- Educate & Empower: Provide patients and their families with the knowledge and resources needed for continued success.
- Document & Adapt: Maintain accurate records and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Lead with Compassion: Foster a positive, encouraging, and collaborative rehabilitation environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
- Physical Therapist license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
- Relevant experience in physical therapy is preferred.
