Role Overview

Provides expert physical therapy care by planning and implementing individualized treatment programs, conducting evaluations, and designing care plans tailored to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs assessments, interprets diagnostic results, establishes treatment goals, and delivers evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, and documents all care activities accurately.
• Supervises and mentors Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and aides, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Manages departmental equipment and contributes to operational efficiency.
• Participates in meetings, supports organizational initiatives, and maintains professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, valid PT licensure, and clinical competency appropriate to patient age.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt techniques creatively.

Additional Details

This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor or manager. Day shift availability, with a focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
