Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs
• Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization
• Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of no more than 19 hours per week

Pay

Competitive salary range: $78,000 – $105,000
