Role Overview

Provides advanced physical therapy services by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsels patients and families on treatment options and home exercise programs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educates patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Supervises therapy staff and students.
• Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to safety standards, and supports departmental operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid PT licensure
• Clinical competency
• No prior experience required
