About the role
Provides physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, helping them achieve maximum independence.
Responsibilities
- Conducts evaluations, applies modalities and treatments to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability following illness or injury.
- Oversees patient care for all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
- May supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and staff orientation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or compact privileges
- Maintains current CEUs as required by state
- BCLS certification through AHA
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
