Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
  • Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care while involving the patient and/or their family.
  • Perform therapy interventions.
  • Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other caregivers.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate, Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
  • Preferred qualifications: Musculoskeletal skillsets highly preferred.

Pay

Minimum hourly: $50.00
