Physical Therapist - PRN, Days

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and re-evaluations; develop and modify treatment plans
• Implement a variety of physical therapy techniques with creativity and flexibility
• Cook up care with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient education
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies
• Supervise and mentor staff and students, providing feedback and support
• Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• PT licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
• Advanced clinical and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities
