Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations; develop and modify treatment plans
- Implement a variety of physical therapy techniques with creativity and flexibility
- Cook up care with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient education
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies
- Supervise and mentor staff and students, providing feedback and support
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- PT licensure from the Board of PT Examiners or PT Compact Commission
- Advanced clinical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities
