About the Role

Responsible for providing and coordinating physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates patients, and adjusts treatment strategies to meet their needs. Manages documentation, communicates progress with patients and team members, and supervises therapy assistants and students. Maintains knowledge of equipment use and adheres to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills
