About the role

We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide personalized, home-based rehabilitative care to patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or accidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments

Requirements

• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience or completion of an internship program
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration
• Valid driver’s license may be required based on territory

Pay

• Guaranteed pay for a minimum of 10 patient visits weekly, with potential for additional earnings
• Premium per-visit rates, including higher weekend rates
