Requirements

• Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration
• Valid driver’s license may be required based on territory

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Physical Therapy experience preferred or completion of a rehab intern program

Pay

Guaranteed pay based on 10 patient visits per week, with opportunities to increase earnings through premium per-visit rates for weekday and weekend visits.
