Physical Therapist - Guaranteed Flex Pay

About the role

We are seeking Physical Therapists to provide personalized, home-based rehabilitative care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Responsibilities

• Practice independently within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members.
• Manage a flexible schedule to meet role expectations.
• Utilize innovative technology to streamline documentation and reduce paperwork.

Requirements

• At least one year of Physical Therapy experience or successful completion of a rehab intern program.
• Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on territory.

Pay

Premium per-visit pay, guaranteed pay for 10 visits weekly, with opportunities to increase earnings.
