Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Day Shift

Role Overview: Provides physical therapy services to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Assists in interdisciplinary treatment planning and serves as a co-leader in patient care teams. Key Responsibilities: Conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment and discharge plans, applies appropriate therapy techniques, and ensures thorough clinical documentation. Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent, with licensure in practice state.Preferred: at least two years of physical therapy experience.Required certifications include state licensure and CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor. Additional Requirements: Commitment to safety through vaccination compliance, and adherence to organizational policies. The role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, documentation, supervision, and collaboration within a healthcare team.
