Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Day Shift

About the role

Administer standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain patient performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans and document patient progress
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides
• Instruct patients and staff on proper techniques
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement activities
• Adhere to confidentiality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field
• Valid California Physical Therapist license
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license (if travel is required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and relate effectively with patients and staff
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
