Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to administer standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases, aiming to relieve pain, restore motor function, and promote patient performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document assessments, and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
• Supervise and guide PT Assistants and aides, ensuring adherence to policies, and participate in staff meetings and case conferences.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and prepare patients for discharge.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and regulatory standards, including timely documentation and ongoing professional development.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• One to two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Valid California Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Physical ability to perform routine tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent mobility activities.
