Responsibilities
- Manage physical therapy cases in a home health setting
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Document patient progress and communicate with supervising PTs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience managing physical therapy cases in a home health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of home health care regulations and standards
- Skilled in using electronic medical records systems
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
