About the role

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants provide compassionate, hands-on care to older adults in home and senior living settings. Working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitor their progress to enhance mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and monitor their progress
• Document visits accurately and coordinate with patients and community referral sources
• Ensure safety during therapy activities

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer proficiency
