Physical Therapist – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Coastal Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This role offers a compassionate, patient‑focused environment where you will work alongside experienced orthopedic providers and a dedicated clinical team in a modern outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, functional limitations, and goals.
• Provide evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home treatment programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, professional care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
