Physical Therapist - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Physical Therapist for their clinic in Gig Harbor, Washington. The position is full-time with a typical work schedule of four, ten-hour days per week, though five, eight-hour days are possible if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat one patient at a time, all the time
• Do not double book appointments
• Do not use aides to treat patients
• Prioritize the needs of each patient
• Work in a one-on-one approach to ensure effective treatment
• Contribute to an exceptional learning environment through mentorship, residency, and other continuing education opportunities
• Create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and support among colleagues

Requirements

• Completed degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality care. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
